The contractor exemption is for nuclear security contractors I think

despite paranoid rumors to the contrary

I think the "Knob Creek Opera Company" should hire 350,000,000 extras for a fully automatic production of Der Freischutz.

Knob Creek? Does someone need some Southern hospitality?

but seriously on topic that's not right.

We had a smoking ban recently go into place. Restaurants and other places had to kick the habit.....with the exception of Churchill Downs, the famous Kentucky Derby track. A little bit later the bill was overturned. A new bill was introduced with Churchill Downs included and passed. Nice to see the same thing happening on a national level :uhoh: idk perhaps I just need to go make an aluminum foil hat

I say what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Lets just push to repeal the whole '68 ban.

Sounds like I am going to be starting a film production company that makes low budget machine gun oriented films and distributes them to a "national or international audience" over the Internet. We'll "shoot" for two weeks per year and produce one feature film...

Who wants to be the actors? Anyone know a few females who would like to participate? I think I could do at least as well as Andy Sidaris with a few handsome actors and actresses.

:evil::evil::evil:

`(37) The term `professional theatrical purpose' means the use of firearms in a motion picture or television production which is expected to be produced, distributed, marketed, or shown by a member of a nationally recognized professional trade association related primarily to motion picture and television production, as determined by the Attorney General.'.
Whoever that is, it ain't most of us.
