Constitution being attacked

i just learned that you tube is going to eliminate gun videos and reloading videos because of new guidelines that are supposed to go into effect in April 2018. A lot of videos talking about even reloaders who have posted such as fortune cookie 45 LC. Has anyone heard specifically what the new policies state?
