That's great news. Whether it gets the support needed or not, it's nice to see things like this getting some notice (by politicians specifically).

I also like (presumably) Dustin's terminology; "Constitutional Carry". I think it's even better than "Second Amendment Carry".
 
According to the article, you could still get a permit if you wished, such as for purposes of interstate carry and the background check skipping.
 
Thats great... I hope it passes. Perhaps it will catch on in other places.

I have a UT CCW, and it really gets me steamed that I have to get permission from the State to exercise my rights.
 
So far I haven't seen anyone say they've actually contacted their AZ state representatives :( All the wishful thinking in the world won't/can't take the place of personally calling your representatives and asking them to support a specific, and very very good bill such as this one.
