Honorable President Bush, Honorable Senators and Congresspeople, and other interested parties…

In September of 2001, I heard the call for all americans to join and support the war on terror and have been patiently waiting, along with the 80 million other members of the unorganized militia, for congress to arm us as the constitution directs. Having been called in to federal service by the President, it is the responsibility of congress to arm the militia according to the many militia acts within the constitution as well as the articles that disseminate the powers to the executive and legislative branch.

Normally, we would be ready for any acts of war or invasion on our own soil, but since 1934 there have been numerous attacks on the second amendment which have severely curtailed our militias ability to be as adequately armed as the organized militia and standing armies of the United States, therefore, we request that congress deliver unto the unorganized militia (that would be all of us Americans not in the organized militia) an automatic weapon for each individual in the unorganized militia along with 1,000 rounds of ammunition. As soon as we have our weapons that congress is lawfully bound to arm us with, we will happily and courageously join together as a well regulated unit and appoint our officers, as required by the constitution, so we can be ready in our respective states for the defense of our free states and nation.

Respectfully yours,

Very nice letter, which took a great deal of devotion to our Representative Republic system of Government to write, and a lot of courage to say.

The supposed press that was going to keep a check on the government by making certain the actual truth was disseminated by our government representatives regarding the manner in which our country was to operate, is being of great assistance in continuing the mis-education of the victims of a purposely twisted, broken public "education" system.

Thus, the continuing lie of: "There is nothing we can do, because there is too many of them".

The fact the Government continues to tell us "There are too many people invading the border to halt them" is exact proof that an invasion is ongoing.

The Articles you mentioned in your letter to the President, do not mandate invaders must be "armed", they state "invasion" is to be repeled by the militia, and Congress has the power to call the militia forth to "enforce the laws of the Union".

That is exactly what it says. No "interpretation" necessary.

Congress also has a duty to act, as you point out. However, they do not have the will.

We are not only poorly served by the current representatives governing us, additionally the press and the public education system, work hand in hand in order to continue turning out "workers" who have no idea at all, why the public education system was initiated in the first place.

The founders indicated in numerous ways, that the benefit to be derived from a public university, would be to educate people about the bill of rights and the articles of the Constitutionas to how they work TOGETHER, to insure our freedoms, and to make certain that Government officials do not use the public, to benefit themselves. By avoiding the truth, this Congress and this President, are politically benefitting, and even one Senator admitted "It would be political suicide, to ignore the "Latino" vote. However, he failed to mention the voters, were illegal ones.

Today, politically partial federal judges, and not the "judicial tribunals" meaning the jury system our founders intended, decide if a law is constitutional or within the scope of the bill of rights.

And students coming out of public schools, think government appointees in the court system (Federal Judges) rather than a jury "of the people, by the people, and FOR the people" are to determine both case facts, and fairness of law. The founders, wanted the jury to have the right to determine both, whenever a partiality was suspected by the jury.

They meant the jury to determine both, but now the Press, and the Schools, have convinced 99% of the public, that Government officials (Federal Judges alone, overseen by nine Supreme Court justices, should decide if legislation is constitutional, or fair, rather than with a jury's participation as a check and balance. Nowdays, Judges tell jurors, they only decide the "facts" of the case, and "the Judge" decides matters of law. It is twisted in the Judiciary, in order to allow the Legislature, to continue to disregard their duties. And we elect another party majority every few decades as protest, only to see them do the same thing to us collectively.

I doubt you could find three people today, asking everyone within sight in your town, what Article I, Section Eight, clause fifteen and sixteen even allude to. Heck, most don't even know what the Articles of the Constituion of the United States even do.

The public education system, along with the Press, has succeeded in driving our system of government downhill since the 1950's, and we must do something to resolve this.

Not just because we want the militia to be called out, and repel invaders. What we want is the representatives of our government, our schools, and the Press, to tell the masses the actual trught. There is something that can be done, and then ask the question "How do the People of the United States" want it resolved. Not how the President, or Congress or the editorialists want it. What do the legal citizens want done?

I have to come to the conclusion...

That our 'betters' just don't care.

I haven't sent it yet. I'm working it over and getting ready to write a second draft, make it sound better and more convincing.
