conversion kits

so I just got the Remington 1911 r1 I like but i got thinking the other day I would like to get one of those conversion kits for it in .22 caliber who makes a quality one

the kimber conversion kit is a nice set up with good sights

I have an Advantage Arms,Ciener and a Kimber.
I like the AA the best but it is ammo picky.
I like the last rd. slidelock.
My Kimber is also ammo picky and no slidelock
The Ciener is not ammo picky, no slidelock but you can get 15 rd. mags for it.

I've had the Kimber conversion kit for several years and it has performed flawlessly. Only thing I don't like is slide wont lock back on last round.

I got the Kimber a couple yrs ago and put it on a Pro Raptor and haven't taken it off yet, my old MKI doesn't see the light of day much either. It doesn't lock back on the last shot either so that never bothered me.

Also have the Kimber Target in .45 w/ a .22 conversion kit. Never had a problem. And as a shooter who usually dismisses everything .22, I wouldn't really mind it if I needed it.
