Convert DSA FAL Calif. model to accept detachable mags?

Recently got a great deal and picked up a DSA FN-FAL California model carbine (has the fixed 10rd. mag). Shoots great (loves my Port surplus). Since I live in Nevada, now need to know how to convert it to use detachable mags. Has anyone done this?

BTW, to those to may suggest contacting DSA, I emailed them about having them convert it back and they said sorry, but no, "once a Cal model, always a Cal model".

I know on an AR its just the mag catch that permanently holds in the magazine, I'd check that first and see.

Remove the hex-screw, install the mag latch, should be good to go.
