Convert RCBS single stage press to turret?

I have a RCBS Rock Chucker which I've used for rifle rounds in the past. I'm now getting into handgun calibers.

A friend with more reloading experience than I suggested that RCBS might have an upgrade for the Rock Chucker that would turn it into a turret press. I could find nothing about this at Midway, and RCBS's site gives me an error when I try to access the "Products" section.

Can someone tell me if such a conversion or accessory exists?

He was perhaps speaking of the Piggyback which converts a Rockchucker to progressive.

For $378 I would rather add a dollar and just buy a Dillon 550 and have the flexiblity of two presses.
If you are space limited or brand loyal and just must have the RCBS gadget, beware of earlier versions on cheapbay. A dealer here got an early Piggyback and set it up in his store. I don't think he EVER got a loaded round off that Rube Goldberg contraption.

I have a piggyback II and since I got it brand new for free am happy with it. I did pick up another press to mount it on because I didn't want to mess with taking it off and putting it back on.
Mine works good but a lot of folks don't like them. There is a lot going on at the same time with them and you HAVE to pay attention.
I have never used a Dillion but I have never heard anything bad about them either.

Yeah, for that price I'll buy a new press. I am "space constrained", but still...
