I have a Marlin 15YN bolt action single shot .22 (Similar to the current production 915Y).
I purchased this as a first gun for my son. Its been great for learning the basics, but now the stock is too short for him, and its time to upgrade to something full size. My son likes the Marlin 60, and one might be under the tree for him come Christmas time.
However, I still kinda like the little 15YN, and I'm wondering if there's a way to put a full size stock on it.
Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, where might I find a full size stock? Or, is it simply not worth it, and time to hang the "for sale" sign?
Thanks!
