Cost for FFL to Ship Handgun?

What boxes? There is no "box" at fedex.com to check to indicate you are shipping a handgun, much less any other firearm.

Well, first that link IS NOT FedEx, but a third party who isn't close to accurate.
If you want to read FedEx's tariff straight from the horses mouth go here:https://www.fedex.com/en-us/service-guide/terms/express-ground-samedaycity.html
Click on "FedEx Express U.S. Terms & Conditions", then scroll to "Firearms"..................you then discover that ALL FIREARMS shipped via FedEx Express require Priority Overnight.

But wait, it gets better.....

If you click on "FedEx Ground Tariff", then scroll to "Firearms" you'll discover this nugget:

So, again, shipping a handgun via FedEx requires Priority Overnight. This isn't anything new, having been FedEx policy for at least fifteen years.
I'm well aware what he posted isn't from FedEx. Are YOU aware that you can get better air rates with FedEx or UPS? Since I saw an Air Waybill get put on the box I'm confident in how they shipped it. Next to it on the counter was a box containing ammunition. It too was shipped and labeled properly.

No kidding. But there isn't an Overnight rate for Joe Blow walking in to a FedEx counter thats better than USPS flat rate.

Well which is it..........."I just shipped a handgun via FedEx. I am not an FFL and I did notify FedEx of the contents...."
or
"I'm confident in how they shipped it..."?
Who handed the handgun to FedEx YOU or THEY?:scrutiny:

If you mean you delivered it to a FedEx counter and "they" means the FedEx clerk affixed the label...........IT DOSN'T CHANGE A THING! FedEx requires Priority Overnight, and no FedEx employee can alter that requirement. If the clerk screwed up and didn't ship Priority Overnight, no one broke any law, but if the package is lost, stolen or damaged your claim will be denied for not abiding by the tariff. Good luck arguing but, but, but, the clerk told me Ground was fine.

I've explained everything. Your anger will get you nowhere with me.
