Got the Scout a few weeks ago and the Colt last month....

That scout is awesome. I am also in the market for a good mag fed bolt 308. What optic are you going to use? Quick release mounts would be great as you could quickly get to your iron sights if needed

Probably a Leupold FX-II with Leupold Quick-Release Rings..

I love the idea of that Scout. How did you decide to go that route?

Nice rifles. I picked up a Ruger GSR this summer and it is a really great gun and very fun to shoot and accessorize. FYI- I ordered the Galco Safari Ching sling from the shop ruger site and it is money well spent for the GSR.

I wanted a small bolt rofle in 308 and after a lot of research this was the best buy for me...
