I want to practice my cowboy action skills but - due to the internal valves and tubings - virtually all of the airguns I have found were not suitable for such a task. Unlike the cowboy action revolver seen in the video below, the couple of air-revolvers I currently own have harder-to-reach and harder-to-pull hammers.

Yes, the mechanics of all airguns might ultimately not allow for the exact same capability in cycling; still, I'm curious: are there any cowboy-action specific air-revolvers out there?

I have a C02 replica Colt SSA that pretty much works just like a real one. It even loads the same using metal cartridges with a pellet in place of the primer. The gun is metal too but lighter than the real deal. They run just over $100.00 on Amazon.
Sounds like the model. One more question, though, dealing with Webley Single Action+Double Action. Would the airgun version of the Webley allow for hammer-flicking*?(

*Hammer-flicking: As the trigger is being pulled without releasing it, the cylinder still rotates as one is pulling back the hammer with the other hand and the gun would fire as one releases the hammer. I know, this sort of defeats the purpose of the double-action, but I like the flexibility of options.

Not sure what kind of Cowboy Action Shooting you do but fanning, what you seem to be calling "hammer flicking", is forbidden under SASS rules and I've never been to a non-SASS match where it was allowed. So, not sure how useful a skill it is.

Elmer Keith wrote about fanning. Said it was a waste of ammunition, though he did note that exhibition shooter Ed McGiven was pretty handy at it.

Unless you are talking about hammer slipping. That's legal, and useful. At least for the two handed shooters...

Hey Doc. I'm just interested in practicing the skills for personal pleasure; no, I am not interested in any legal matches.

I sometimes shoot my SA revolvers with a 2 hand hold using my weak hand thumb to cock the hammer for faster shooting but always pull the trigger to release the hammer. I've never even tried to "fan" one of my guns. I shoot my CO2 copy the same way. I don't have a shot timer but figure I can get 6 aimed shots on target in about 3-4 seconds. No I'm not J.M. but I'm happy with that speed.

Have an Umarex Peacemaker 1873 and a Bear River Schofield. Both are fun and pretty close to the real thing. They both get around 450 fps so ringing a plate target at 10 yards is satisfying.

One thing to note is the cartridges are different dimensions and not interchangeable.

Wanting to get the Crosman 1875 to round out the SAA air pistols
