Cowboy/western style 22lr revolver - Need help

Love the sights on the single ten and I plan on getting one around Christmas.

I do have the 6.5" Heritage and its a gun I can shoot the wings off gnats with surprisingly. By far the cheapest too so go figure.

I have a fixed-sight Single Six, and couldn't be happier. Looks good, feels good, shoots good, 15yo daughter loves it.

sixgunner just beat me to it. I was looking on Rugers site to see if they were still offered and they are. A fixed sight 22/22 mag single action looks about as cowboy as it gets. I like it.

Here is the link. Too bad they don't offer them with the shorter 4.5" barrel. What a trail gun that would be.

Colt Pick

Thanks to everyone for your advice. I ended up with a 1957 Colt Frontier Scout .22lr in the "Q" Duo-Tone model.

cant go wrong with either a ruger or colt.i have an old scout 62 with the painted frame and grips like cz guys...real shooter

Guess what - last year they made a few with the shorter barrel. Guess whose 15yo thinks she owns one?
