This is the last time I'll ask any more compact CC pistol related questions for a while, I promise.
I've been looking at a lot of "cheaper" guns for quite a while now and tomorrow I will be buying one of the two aforementioned. No need to suggest others, please.
I have not shot either one but have handled both several times. My thoughts are the extra capacity on the Taurus is nice, as well as the trigger, but the size and grip of the CPX I like better. I have large hands and want something to get all three fingers around and the CPX fits that bill. While I'm aware grip extensions are around for the PT it still seems smaller overall, and I have not held one with extensions.
So, I'm looking folks that have experience with either or both. CounterZero I know you recently did a nice review on the PT111 and that's mainly what got me looking at it, so any additional input from you would be appreciated.
FWIW the two LGS's that have these in stock have them at basically the same price. The CPX is $6 cheaper but I have a $10 (whoopee) coupon at the store with the Taurus so...
Thanks in advance, Jon
