I'll be that guy.. I use a chamfer tool in a drill press. A quick little blip is all it needs. I have a piece of hardwood with a hole to fit the neck of the 223 case down into and I have set the stop on the drill press to just nick the primer hole taking out the crimp. I have some 15 reloads on the cases I have done this on. I anneal the necks here and there as well. I use one similar to this. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Drill-A...ink-Bit-with-6-Flutes-DEWCHAT1-4-82/310556053

I have the RCBS swager and the CH4D swager. The CH4D is the better choice by far. Works on the top of press and less setup. Google it on you tube, it works fast once you are set up.

I have the same Lyman reamer. Unscrew the cutter and use it as a bit in a hand drill. Two seconds per case.

I have the Hornady tool you linked in an RCBS screwdriver handle sort of thing. I gently put it in a little harbor freight vice I have on my reloading bench and then spin the brass in a Dewalt cordless drill.

Easier on my developing arthritic hands, good control on the reamer to case angle, and only takes a couple little ticks on the drill trigger usually, so it's pretty fast too.
