Crimson Trace on Springfield 45 XD?

Have any of you mounted a Crimson Trace laser on your XD-45 or similar pistol? If so, what do you think - i.e., (1) does it have a negative impact on the grip? (2) Do you feel it helps zero in on the target quicker and more accurately? (3) Does it still fit you holster with the laser attached? Thanks.
