I'm wondering how much longer the Crimson Trace Laser grip is than the factory SP101 grip. I'm concerned if it is much longer it will be too long for pocket carry? Any comparsions? Any pictures?
Thanks!

I had the CT grips installed when I was having the revolver worked on by Marc at Gemini Customs. I had tried out the stock grips at the local gun store - reasonable fit, however I did not try them shooting any rounds. The first time I shot my SP-101 was with the CT grips installed. They do not add appreciably to overall height of the gun and the hard grips do not snag on clothing when carried in an OWB holster. It was a tad too big to carry in a pocket, regardless of the grip in the gun. Full power .357 rounds are reasonable (not painful) with these grips - the porting helps in that regards.

i'be been looking too

i think i'd like CT grip for my sp101. i have one for a S&W model 66 and they are great.

i have seen the new CT grips advertised for sp101 that have a rubber overmold. now that should be sweet!
