Criterion AR barrels?

Picked one up in a trade recently. Lightweight 223 (.625) 1:9 twist, chrome moly. Don't really know much about the manufacturer. Anyone heard of Criterion or have experience with their barrels?

Sooo, button rifled, made under the same roof--but not to be confused with--Krieger barrels. All for under $100...is that damning with faint praise?

Anyone else actually own an AR built with one? And how does it shoot?
