this was done on a non-working Crosman for $25 bucks on Craigslist

1. remove the 3 screws holding the left cover on gun

2, remove the cylinder plate housing the air nozzle and spring

3, remove rest of parts that might get lost , latch, sear , spring

4. remove air cylinder after removing the o-ringed pipe

5. remove collar screw for seal and piercing pin washer using the bottle opener blade of hammer multi tool

6. use small jeweler screwdrive 1/8 inch tip to scrape out old seal

7. remove piercing pin washer and filter screen

8. clean out piercing pin with piano wire ~ .010 size

9. countersink hand drill the 29 cent 4mm thick 13mm diameter with 3mm hole rubber faucet washer that U can buy at Lowe's 10 pack or the one in the Harbor Freight Too;s $3.49 washer kit
item # 67605

10. press the piercing needle in faucet washer and assemble back in valve body with filter, DO NOT TIGHTEN THE COLLAR SCREW YET

11. assemble the valve body back into gun with the rest of components and TIGHTEN the Co2 Collar

12, IMPORTANT: coat the tip of new co2 cartridge GENEROUSLY with the Pro Seal RTV silicone seal

13. insert co2 cartridge into gun co2 chamber and loosely tighten the screw to hold co2 cartridge

14. let the rtv dry hard for at least an hour

15. then remove the co2 cartridge to clear the piercing pin with .010 piano wire

16. the rtv should have deposited some sealant on the shoulder of piercing pin so when U tighten the screw , a complete seal will be there

17. Happy shooting

this procedure should fix any Co2 airgun

Piece Of Cake ?

Now, let's fix the Smith Wesson Model 80G carnival rifle with the Crosman 357 or Umarex piercing needle so We can get a 100shot Co2 gun
