Crossbow with Wooden Stock

Anybody out there know where I could buy a 300+ fps crossbow with a wooden stock? Seems like there are some low end ones to be had, but none that acheive 300+ fps. Also, if I were to buy, say, an Excaliber, does anybody know of anyone who might be able to custom make a wooden stock for me? I just like wood on my weapons. Thanks in advance.

You can get cheek pieces for the excal's - plastic though.

I have an exomax myself, and a different wooden stocked crossbow.
Once I got over the 'thin-ness" of the exomax stock,
and got to trust it, I used it more, and you don't have to worry
if it gets wet - just wipe it with a cloth - job done.

Barrett used to make them with hardwood stocks.

Horton built walnut stocked crossbows for many years but none could reach 300 fps due to design and limb construction. I'm afraid you're looking for a wild goose chase.

You could get a second hand Crisbow Quadro 2000 with an imbuia stock. It is only 280 feet per second though. You will need a scope also. Check this thread, you may find useful info:
