I've got a C&R, however I work all day and I live in a Condo. So unless a firearm arrives on a Saturday, the mail room clerk or my girlfriend will be signing for my packages.

Would picking it up at the post office work?

Does anyone know if this is a problem? Does anyone know the relevant code sections?

Call the post office and arrange to pick it up in person. Otherwise it can be left leaning against your door in the common area. It happens.
