Just looked over a stainless NV .45 Colt today which was a very nice looking gun. My recent 50th anniversary .357 Flat Top is very well made and this seems at least as good if not better.
In the past there has been some problem with undersized throats (.450) in this caliber and my NM Blackhawk Convertible .45/.45 had to be reamed out to .4525 whch helped leading and accuracy issues greatly. I thereafter ran my .454 Keith SWCs through them with good results.
Anyone know what the current situation is on the New Vaqueros in this caliber? Heard they had addressed this but not sure what the outcome was...
