Custom gunsmith recommendation for Ruger #1

I've decided I want to put together a custom Ruger #1 in .375 H&H. I'd appreciate any suggestions for a gunsmith who has lots of experience with this rifle and who works with a variety of stocks.
I found one custom gunsmith listed as a Ruger #1 expert but two emails over the last couple of weeks have gone unanswered, so I decided to open it up to input from you folks.

Custom Ruger #1 ideas

I'm looking at a barrel twist of 1 in 14, blueprinted action, teflon coating for the metal, improved trigger, and Euro style left-handed stock with mercury recoil reducer. I'd also like the sidewall of the action brought down on the left side (if possible) for easier chambering, since I'm left-handed.
