Custom made holster for 1911 with Sig STL900

I have a Smith & Wesson 1911PD with a sig STL900 laser/light attached to the rail. I contacted Raven and they are unable to make a custom kydex holster for me. The STL900 has buttons on the side that might cause a tight holster to activate the laser while holstered I suppose.

I'm looking to see what options I have for custom made holsters for this setup. I haven't been able to find anyone out there with a production holster that fits this combo. Any recommendations?

In my opinion your best option is to hit some local gun forums and find out who in your area does custom kydex or leather holsters and go sit down with one of them and you should be able to figure out something that will work well for you.
