Does anyone know the "typical" cyclical rates of the following M16 machine gun configurations?

300 Blackout, 10" barrel, 187gr to 220gr subsonic, suppressed

5.56x45mm, 16" barrel, 55gr, supersonic, suppressed

From what I've read, 700 to 950 rounds per minute is "typical" for M16s shooting 55gr supersonic ammunition non-suppressed. Suppressors increase the cyclical rate due to an increase in back pressure but there are a bunch of other variables too. Maybe a stop watch is the only way to really know.

Pretty specific question... I wager the only people who'd know for sure are those who own that exact caliber and config and have timed theirs.

I took a short video of my gf shooting the 300 Blackout machine gun that I put together recently. When I was editing the video I used the frame by frame method to estimate the cyclical rate shooting GEMTECH 187gr subsonic ammunition. It's somewhere around 900 rounds per minute based on 7 rounds shot in 14 frames which is about 0.466 seconds. Here's a short video on YouTube of my gf having a great time. I had to edit out the endless cackling after the 10 round and 20 round strings since it was louder than the machine gun! :D

In the YouTube description I mentioned a Geissele SSF trigger but it wasn't installed in the machine gun when my gf was shooting. She had to endure a Colt trigger which is nothing short of horrendous! The SSF on the other hand is worth every penny.
