Does anyone have CZ 2075 Rami that they would care to comment about.

Is it a good carry gun?
Is it as good (reliable, nice triget) as other CZs?
How does it compare to other cary guns?

There seams to be quiet a jump from 14 rounds of 9mm to only 8 rounds of 40 :what: is that right?

Do they make likw a 10 round .40 mag for it?

My father in law has one in 9mm that I've shot. Was a while ago but I do remember it felt really nice in the hand. Comfortable to shoot as well. Trigger wasn't too bad as I remember. Only shot it at 25 yrds or so but it was plenty accurate. Were I not such a fan of H&K handguns, I'd have bought one over my P2000sk. In my opinion, the Rami is a VERY cloe 2nd to the P2Ksk.

I'm a CZ nut. I've had a Rami 9mm for about three months. Worked perfectly with the ten-round mags, but had troubles with hollowpoints when using the 14-round magazine (that's the one that makes holding the pistol easier). Changed out the spring, and that seems to have done the trick. Once I have perhaps 500 HP rounds through it without a hiccup, I will unhesitatingly use the Rami as my carry pistol. It's a great little pistol, a bit chunky, perhaps, but comfortable and pointable.

Hope that helps.

I have had my Rami for about 2 months now and have put about 600 rds
with no problems yet . I havent tried any hollow points yet but next time
at the range will try some ,also have the 14 rd mags. when I get my permit
it will be my carry.

A chunk munky that serves many a CZ owner, including me, very well.
Cocked N Locked in a K&D Defender. I've not had any problems with JHPs
in any of the mags, including the 18 shot and 25 shot magazines.

I have used a 9mm RAMI as my primary carry gun for over two years. It has always shot what ever I feed it flawlessly. I carry it with the 10 rounder, but also carry a 14 rounder as a backup mag. I have large hands and the chunky little pistol is comfortable for me.

CZ 2075 9mm

My 9mm shoots great. Actually, I am often just as accurate with it as I am with my BHP. My trigger gets better and better. The trigger is nearly on par with my BHP...but the BHP had a cheap trigger job...the CZ is out of the box.
I carried it as my primary CCW for a year. Now I usually carry a Makarov. I still carry my BHP and CZ from time to time...but I like to keep them looking nice. My Makarov is my beater that I pack everywhere.

I've never had a glitch. I did recieve some brass in the face for a short while, but gave it a good cleaning and it seems to have fixed the problem.

It is reliable...as expected. But I am surprisingly accurate with it.

Can't comment on the .40

This pistol has been reliable and accurate, only jams came from my first generation reloads...

It's not a direct CZ75, but a super compact version of the CZ40B. Good pistol, handy and accurate. The 40 version apparently has some serious recoil, though!

The Rami's a nice gun, but I don't understand its purpose. Much too chunky for pocket carry, and if you're going to use a holster, a 75B Compact will tote just as comfortably.

I thought so too, until I bought one and started carrying it daily. It replaced my PCR as a daily carry piece.

But, this is a very personal choice as to what's comfortable for you.

I got a RAMI to replace the PCR as my carry gun. It has a slightly different feel to it than the PCR or the full size CZ-75B, but it's pretty close.

I don't like it as a carry gun because it's thicker than a Kahr MK9 and at the time, the only Kydex option was from FIST- a holster I didn't really care for at all. There might be more makers putting out holsters for them now.

It is reliable and as accurate as any CZ ought to be. I have no problems with it other than it's bigger than other guns and the lack of kydex holsters.

The trigger is pretty curved also. Other people won't complain about this as much, but it hurts my finger if I shoot around 100 rounds or so at a time. This same trigger issue was the final straw in what led me to eventually part with my PCR.

I use a custom made HBE holster. Not as expensive as you would think.
