Does the CZ 550 lose any reliability/functionality due to the fact it doesn't have a bolt sleeve lock?

thanks rcmodel, i just noticed it during cleaning my rifle and realized that it differed from a military mauser in that aspect and it kinda worried me a little. thanks for clearing it up for me.
