CZ 550 FS sight rear removal?

I installed a NECG peep sight on my CZ 550 FS. When trying to remove the factory rear sight I ran into a problem. Screws are removed, sight will not budge. It appears to be soldered on but I am not sure. Any suggestions on how to remove this sight without damaging my rifle? Thanks

Guess it goes back..

to CZ-USA. I took it shooting yesterday and the stock cracked at the trigger guard and top tang after three shots. So I will have them remove the rear sight base too.
