It looks to me like the various CZ 75 Tactical Sport models all come with fixed sights.

Given that different rounds shoot at slightly different POI, why would such an expensive target pistol not have adjustable sights?

Do target shooters in general worry more about group size rather than placement inside the red bullseye, so is an great group an inch to the right acceptable to many?

Anyone out there ever tried to change the fixed sight that comes on the pistol?

I'll say thanks here and listen to comments

Looks like some come with elevation adjustable. I guess it is the older model that sell for 1,100 or so that does not have adjustable. Still, same question. What the heck does someone do if they buy the basic model and the sights are off?

Given that different rounds shoot at slightly different POI,

Most competition shooters find a load and stick with it. You can get different height front sights to adjust as needed. there is also room on the slide to drift the rear.

I certainly dont show up to a match with whatever is cheapest at wally world and hope for the best.

In my opinion its the best value out there for a pure competition gun.

Conventional (bullseye) target shooters want adjustable sights to go from 50 to 25 yards, even to 50 feet, and hit center.

The TS series is liked by action shooters in USPSA and IPSC where targets are large and set at random ranges less than 50 yards, mostly much less.
If the sight is not correct for your ammo at your usual practice drill range, swap it out for one of the correct height.

The Orange has an adjustable rear. For elevation. It appears the Shadow 2 has a smaller, but adjustable rear sight.

I'll be jumping into USPSA Limited more often soon, and hope to add a TSO .40 to my collection. I'll keep my Glocks for Production, 3 gun, and IDPA.

It's not really expensive compared to it's competition.
$1100 Tac sport plus $60 kensight adjustable is still a lot less than a Sig X5
