Yes it will work. I have a P-01 with the Kadet conversion assembly, and while it looks a little bit oversized for the smaller P-01 frame, it works just fine.

Yep, it's great on the PCR frame. The magazine will stick out slightly, but that's not an issue except cosmetically. The slide and frame look good together, kind of makes it look like a little High-Power.
I use my Kadet Kit on my PCR, that is when I can convince my 75B it needs to come off of it. 
My PCR has a lighter hammer spring and better trigger than my 75B which makes it a natural for the Kadet. THe 75B's trigger is good, but the PCR's is just lighter and a bit cleaner.
