CZ Standard Model

I saw a CZ 550 in my local shop that was imported to Minneapolis Minnesota instead of Kansas City which by the Blue Book makes it a mid 90 gun.The book also showed it to be a Standard Model instead of the American?This gun is in 308 with a box mag.What is the difference in the Standard model and the American?The book shows it to be cheaper.Is it still a good gun?My 550 American in 243 is heavier and the stock is fuller?

It's a very good gun. The basic difference is the stock, the wood and profile. Maybe the barrel depending on the sights, I believe the standard is sighted and the American is not.
