A freind of mine was recently given a war trophy belonging to her late uncle, a WWll combat vet. She'd lost the the key to the case, and asked me to open it. Inside was a CZ27 with holster and two mags. The gun appears to be in very fine condition, no rust to speak of and hardly fired, near as I can tell.

Though I have a couple of CZs myself (97 and 52) I know very little about these guns. It looks like a .380 blowback. If anyone has any info- manual of arms, controls, takedown, history, I'd sure appreciate hearing about it.

The lady had not considered getting into guns before, but she really digs this little piece.

Thanks,
Jeff

My dad has a Nazi marked 27, the grips were made from the clear plastic of a canopy of a plane that was shot down. Very cool.
Ive shot it and they shoot.....the model is called the CZ/VZ 27 and they are fairly common. A pristine cond one is collectible for some people.
I cant help with takedown instructions but Im sure you can find them on the net....nice find.
Shoot well.........
