People will have different reactions based on their expectations. For one thing, a lot of people fail to realize at the most basic level that not every ammunition will be accurate from a given rifle. This leads to a reaction of 'oh this stuff sucks, too innaccurate!' when it doesn't shoot well from their rifle(s), and an opposite reaction from those who found to the contrary with their own.
You'll just have to try it out and see.
For what it's worth, one of my rifles, and my father's M91/30 like Czech silver-tip well enough to want more. We really, really want more Polish light ball, but of course that's hard to find at a reasonable price.
Czech yellow tip? Dunno, never shot it. I'd imagine it's about as good as any other variant of yellow tip, though maybe cleaner shooting. Again, you will have to experiment to discern how well your own arms will like it.
Oh, and yellow-tip tends to kick a bit more, heavier bullet and all, you know.
