I don't know if there is a discussion on this elsewhere, I didn't see one, if there is, lock or delete.

I was channel surfing at home and saw something about Heller on the banner at the bottom of the screen on C-span, so I stopped. Surprise surprise :barf: D.C.'s mayor is opposed to the Supreme court ruling. He's saying that it ONLY applies to handguns in the home, nowhere else, is this true? Can D.C. restrict concealed carry with the recent ruling in effect? C-span's website won't let me look at any of their videos, I found this link. FYI, if you click on the video (the video struck me harder than text would when I first saw it) when the other window pops up, just click on the picture of the frozen video, if you click on the play button, it just freezes.

You might want to read about the Heller case so you know what the issues were and what the Supreme Court decided. Just a suggestion.

Ok, so the guns are in the homes.. Now, how to get the government out of the picture regarding obtainment and possession of firearms..

And.. automatic and semi-automatic handguns.. still banned, what does that mean exactly?
