My friend was cleaning out his garage and he found an old Daisy 188 bb pistol. We've been shooting at some paper targets, and we've had a lot of fun, but we're looking for a little more power. Given it's a pretty cheap gun (old but in mint condition), we'd still like to upgrade it if at all possible. Just curious if there was anything we could do (ie- beefier spring) We'd like to shoot it at longer distances, but it just looses too much mustard (by the time it hits the paper it wont even penetrate). It's pretty accurate though, I've been able to take out a couple dragonflys by the canal at around 10-15 ft.
