Whitetail antler handle with damascus ferrule and pommel. Black vulcanized spacers.
Custom leather sheath, antique tan stain.

This antler wasn't nearly as bad as grinding the buffalo horn for my first slipjoint...
 
stinky antler/horn, slow your grinder down and keep a mister running to prevent dust. You can pick up a nozzle for a "livestock" mister at the farm supply.

Good ideas about the speed and mister. Unfortunately I am using a single speed grinder, so I'll have to rely on my dust mask/respirator...
