Does anyone know for sure that Dan Wesson pistols use Ed Brown safeties, slidestops, hammers, etc.?

The reason I'm asking is that I have a Pointman 7 that has single side thumb safety and I really like the part that is used. It's obviously made of bar stock steel, not cast or MIM. It's more substantial if that has any meaning to anyone - beefier but not really bigger - it's just a better part than any I've gotten aftermarket and better than what came installed on my Kimber Gold Match stainless or Colt Trophy.

I'd like to update the Kimber to thumb safeties like Dan Wesson uses.

The grip safety is clearly an Ed Brown version - the telltale three cuts on the pad give it away, but the trigger isn't like any that Ed Brown shows on their site.

I'm mystified...help!

I believe the slide stop, thumb safety and grip safety are.
On some models the hammer may be, but I dint believe the trigger is on any of them,

I wish George at EGW would put up better photos of some of his products. He's making a thumb safety now that is described in the way I described the one on the Dan Wesson I have.

I hope it's not one of those and that an Ed Brown ambi will have the quality of this DW single side safety because George isn't making an ambidextrous version.

Guess the best way to find out is put the money and get the Brown ambidextrous, and hope...
