I came across this a few days ago, and I'd to know if anyone here has any experience/info/opinions on this pistol. (I'm interested in the .45acp model.) Also, how does would the "20 LPI checkered front strap" feel on the hand when shooting a .45acp? I would think that 25 or 30 LPI checkering would be easier on one's hands, yet still provide a good grip. Do you'll think that the 20LPI checkering would be any problem with extended range sessions? Thanks.

My LGS has one in stock. I have been in there a dozen times to fondle it. It is on my list as the next item to purchase. I personally like the way the checkering feels, but have not shot one. My Kimber has 30 lsi and I like the feel of that when I shoot.
 
I've got one, but mine is the pre-CZ version and it doesn't have any front strap checkering.

Great gun, and I love the bobtail. No problems with feeding or ejecting so far. I notice that the one they advertise has an internal extractor. . .mine has the external, and I haven't had any problems with it, but I wish mine had the internal extractor just for looks.
 
I have a pre CZ CBOB. I love it. It is IWB from a few minutes after I get home from work till bed time everyday. Sometimes that is a few hours sometimes more. After a trip back to the factory to cure FTE problems it has been flawless with any decent ammo. I have customized it with the tactical skate board tape on the front strap. It looks tacticool and provides a great gripping surface. BTW this is my preferred pins gun with 200 gr LSWC over a stout dose of AA#5 for 1000+fps. I believe that I should practice and compete with my street iron. Do I win? Once in a while. Am I competitive? Most weeks... work stress and exorbitant amounts of coffee occasionally make me very jumpy and apt to throw low. Love to beat some of those race gun guys with an tactical iron sight pistol.
