I have an Ithica Mod 37 serial # 9584
does anyone have info about this gun, date of manufacture etc.

You have to write a letter to the company to be certain; however, that is a very early date and most likely pre-WWII between 1937 and 1942.

thank you ill write that letter,my dad bought me the gun when i was 13yrs old used form the newspaper.
i would never sell it glad to hear it may be that old i know it was very old when i bought it in 1970 for $25.00
