Dawson Presion Fiber Optics

Has anyone ever used the Dawson precision Fiber optics sights. They advertise them as

• Counter Bored Optic Keeps Sight Picture Clear and Bright
• Dark Shadow Serrations Blackout Blade and Enhance Optic

I am thinking about getting a front sight for my Nano.

I also have a couple sets on m game guns that I've installed myself. Very good sights.......you can do your homework and order a set that will give you POA = POI for whatever sight picture you like.

The Dawson is my Go-To front sight for my competition guns...both pistols and revolvers

They are a quality product and will work with you to get your POI correct for the sight alignment your prefer

I have one on a 1911. Highly recommended! The FO pops! Very bright.

I just installed one on my CZ Compact PCR. Excellent product - came with good instructions and even a nylon tipped punch to tap out the stock sight.
I would recommend ordering a roll pin punch to remove the front sight roll pin if yours has one.

Have them on my duty gun. I like the simple sight picture.

If/when the fiber optic breaks, it's simple to replace. This isn't a ding on Dawson as it happens to all of them if you use it enough.

A droplet of superglue at the posts and you will have to punch out the rod when it gets dull. I have not kicked one out since I started gluing, l lost a lot before.

Go to a USPSA match. Everyone who isn’t using an optic is using Dawson fiber.
