About 20 years ago I spent a couple days making experimental rounds for a DE in .44. Most of them didn't work. (Actually, only one of six or seven did work.) That was for a friend, whom I gave the recipes to.

He has since lost the recipe, and I made the mistake of not saving it. Recently acquired a DE, and want to know if anybody out there has a recipe for them that will work. I thank anybody that can help me out.

(I do recall that the Sierra 300 gr bullet was so long that it would not feed in the clip. It could be chambered, but not automatically loaded.)

    Thanks

I "think" you mean Desert Eagle. Maybe, maybe not?

Why would the recipe be different than in a revolver?
