Yes, I know Roe Deer a smaller than Whitetails, but some deer here are small enough for an Eagle to take. Either way though, that is awesome.

I know folks who use falcons for small game, but the crow is supposedly the smartest of all birds on Earth. I know some people keep them as pets too.

I think it would be cool to teach one to fly high and lead me to the elk/deer/antelope/bear/moose/etc. I'd certainly share as much of the kill with him as he could manage to eat.

That is awesome ! we have a red-tailed hawk family nesting in my pine-tree in back-yard and hope-fully just like last year we wont have to worry bout bunny's eating garden-plot or flowers until June or so when baby(s) gets out of the nest, then they seem to disappear. We have witnessed them take mice,squirrells,snakes and even a salamander or two,, amazing to watch !!
