Denial Appeal Wait Time

In case anyone is waiting, as I am, on the FBI's decision to wrongfully deny their right to lawfully purchase a firearm, as of today, their approximate time until they reach a decision is 116 days. They stated that they process in the order that they are received, and are experiencing a "heavy volume" of appeals. It only takes them 3 days to decide to take your rights away, over 3 months to give them back. I thought government was supposed to have been created to protect our rights, and maintain our freedom, but their lack of enthusiasm to overturn their decision, only serves as another reminder of how off target our government really is. They have forgotten that they DO NOT GRANT US RIGHTS! THEY ARE ENDOWED ON US BY OUR CREATOR!

Last October it was 154.

Wow, thats even worse. If you know that info because of your own past experience with being denied, could you tell me if they actually took that long?

I'm an FFL and one of my customers appealed his denial. It was five months before he got his gun.
