Dented case shoulders. How much (if any) is acceptable?

I agree, too much lube or build up in the die. Clean the die to be sure.

Shoot the brass, it will fire form out, but case life may be reduce. I would mark the cases that have those dents and anneal them after firing to possibly help extend the life.

I was working up a .308 load with AR-Comp the other day and found that 5 of my cases had a rather pronounced shoulder dent. I've had other cases dent from excess lube before but found that this time a piece of corn cob media had gotten in the die. As an experiment I loaded these 5 cases up with thrown charges having an extreme spread of 0.3 gr (was throwing and trickling the rest). The resulting group was 0.669" and removed most of my concern about dented shoulders.
