Just recently arrived back in the States, and I'm looking to transfer a couple guns I bough while I was away, paid for, and now need to get shipped to Denver.
I spoke with one popular shop, their rule is that they won't transfer it if its something they sell. Pitty too, as I was planning on plopping down for an M1A but will now be looking elsewhere.
Are there any smaller FFLs that would be happy to do 10 minutes of work for 2x transfer fees and no hassles about what I purchased? I prefer to support smaller shops whenever possible, and the big box stores probably aren't keen on doing a transfer anyway.
