Does anyone know if there is person in WI who would be able to handle a x-fer of a destructive device? I cannot find one listed on the internet. This assumes DD are legal in WI.
The reason? Talk of a Lahti in another thread has me interested in exploring the costs involved and any hoops I will have to jump thru to get one. I also am aware one will cost around $10,000 with accessories.
