Difference between Brass??

what is the difference between regular brass and the silver brass, such as the silver ballistic tip by winchester? i hope this makes sense.

Yup...And other then one is nickel plated brass...Nothing. Load'um...Shoot'um...Load'um again...

Soup,"regular" brass= un- plated brass colored case. "Silver" brass=nickle plated brass colored case. Nickle will usually wear off after several loading/shooting, and look like 2 tone brass. Ballistic silver tip, by Winchester, is a name for one of their loaded cartridges.FWIW, most rifle/handgun loads are of the un-plated="Brass" colored case.
