Has anyone ever loaded 45acp using a dillon 45o, using RCBS dies ?

If so, can you walk me through this- because I'm all kinds of lost !

Sure, loaded many thousands of .45 on a 450. But I can't teach you to load on a forum. Do you have a manual, or instructions to go with the press? If you need basic instructions, I can send you a copy of the Dillon 450 manual. Or get a copy of The ABCs of Reloading.

Just trying to figure out exactly the die placement- this setup is confusing !

Assumably the powder measure comes with a powder- through die, but is this an expander die- or just a through die ?

I think most of my questions are gonna be answered by dillon on monday, anyway.

As I said "the powder measure comes with a powder- through die, but is this an expander die- or just a through die ?"

That guy could start a channel, he's had enough hits on that photo-string this week to get paid by you-tube :)

Why don't you put it in the machine & see what it does---if the mouth becomes bigger you may have an answer.

Yes the powder thru die is an expander.
