Dillon 550 conversion kit for 7.5 Swiss?

I recently purchased a couple of K31s, and I'm planning for the day when the supply of GP-11 runs out, or the chance of using one for hunting some day. I rooted around Dillon's site and Brian Enos', and I couldn't find conversion kits for 7.5 Swiss. Do they work with conversion kits for another round, maybe .308 or .30-06? Or will I have to plan on bolting my Rockchucker back on to the bench?

I have not tried this, but I hear you can just run .284Win brass through your 7.5 Swiss dies and then trim to length. That's what this thread says, anyway.

If the thread Dave pointed through is right then you would need the everyday 45acp/30-06/308/284/243 etc conversion kit for the 284 caseheads.

The 30-30 setup should work since I use that for the 7.5x55 brass and I use the 30-06 setup for the converted 284 win brass. But call Dillion and get the low down.
