Mea Culpa - I read the manual... if the answer is there, I'm not bright enough to see it.

When I load .45 acp on my 750, the case mouth often tips towards the case insert slide cam (station 1). The bottom of the case seems to be in place, but the mouth is far enough out of place that it bangs into the sizing die when I index the press (obscenities often follow).

I've tried adjusting the cam, but nothing seems to help. The follow through/forward stroke (to seat a primer) is an obvious culprit, but I have been diligent, and am certain that isn't the issue. FWIW - This doesn't happen with any other caliber.

Unrelated (or not...?) - The rubber coated tip of the camming pin shows a lot of wear. I grease the cam surface, and I think the pin is adjusted properly, but I'm concerned about the wear. Is this a part that should wear? THANKS!
