Distinguishing my new Mosin Nagant

I just got a Russian Mosin Nagant for 100 bucks, some small scratches and stuff on it, but it's great.

I haven't looked at it much, but can you help me figure out what model it is? I'll try to get pictures of it tomorrow, but for now is there a way to figure out the "type" of mosin nagant it is?

The importer should have the model on it.
91/30,M44,M38,91/59

91/30= long barrel
91/59=cut down 91/30,looks like an M38
M44=short barrel(20")with side mounted bayo
M38=short barrel,no bayo

most common one is the 91/30.

it would be the one most likely available these day at 100 bucks.

thats pretty close to what i gave for mine and its russian too. a 1943 model.
